By accessing and using NexOrbyt ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). NexOrbyt is a comprehensive Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platform that provides lead management, contact management, product management, and email integration capabilities.

2. Description of Service

NexOrbyt is a modern CRM solution designed for businesses to manage customer relationships effectively. Our platform includes:

• Real-time analytics dashboard
• Advanced reporting and business intelligence

3. User Registration and Accounts

To use NexOrbyt, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Transmit malicious code or compromise system security
• Engage in spam, harassment, or abusive behavior

5. Data and Privacy

6. Payment and Billing

NexOrbyt offers a 30-day free trial with no credit card required. After the trial period, continued use of the Service requires a valid subscription. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.

Pricing Changes: We may modify our subscription fees or pricing plans at any time. Any changes will apply to new subscriptions immediately. For existing subscriptions, pricing changes will take effect upon renewal of your current billing cycle, unless otherwise required by law. We will provide at least 30 days' notice of any price increases by posting on our website or contacting you directly. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of the updated pricing constitutes your agreement to the new pricing.

Data Export Fee: Data export services are available for $150 USD per request for Starter and Professional plans. This fee covers the processing, compilation, and secure delivery of your complete data export in a standardized format. Enterprise plan customers receive unlimited free data export and backup services as part of their subscription.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by NexOrbyt and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of content you create using the Service.

Custom Integrations: Any custom integrations, modifications, or enhancements developed for your account may be adapted and made available to other NexOrbyt customers at our discretion. While your specific data and configurations remain private, the underlying integration functionality and code may be reused to benefit the broader NexOrbyt community.

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high service availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We may temporarily suspend the Service for maintenance, updates, or other operational reasons with reasonable notice when possible.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NexOrbyt shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities arising from your use of the Service.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease, and we will provide reasonable assistance in data export within 30 days of termination. Data export services are subject to the $150 USD fee for Starter and Professional plan customers, while Enterprise plan customers receive free data export services as outlined in the Payment and Billing section.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after such notification constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
